So, I wanted to give everyone a heads up for Registration Night Tuesday, October 10 from 6:00pm – 8:00pm in the Student Center. When you come to Registration Night the athletes will be trying on all apparel, including the team suit. We will have sample sizes for your athlete to try on as well as a few Optional Parent Apparel items. REQUIRED FEES and APPAREL / EQUIPMENT for all those participating in Girls Swim & Dive are as follows: BOOSTER Fees = $125 (Funds for Coaches Gifts, Senior Recognition, Bulletin Board, Team Bonding and Athletes Banquet Participation) REQUIRED Apparel / EQUIPMENT: Team Suit ($51.50), Team T-Shirt ($9) and Swim Cap (for swimmers - $6 Latex or $11 Silicone) We will be placing on-line orders through Mi Sports and Sportline. Booster Fees, Cap Orders, Rental Parkas (see below), Decals ($5), Yard Signs ($20), King Soopers Cards ($5) and some Optional Parent Apparel will require an order and a check at registration night.
There will be specific deadlines for apparel and equipment based on who we are ordering merchandise from. PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE ORDER DEADLINES. THESE DEADLINES WILL ALL BE COMMUNICATED AT REGISTRATION NIGHT. These deadlines are all very important! NO REFUNDS on ALL Apparel / Equipment. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Initial Sportline orders (including the Team T-Shirt) will be distributed on Thursday, November 9 (2:30pm – 4:30pm) on the pool deck. Mi Sports orders (including Team Suit and Cap) will be distributed prior to the 1st Meet - Thursday, November 30. A team picture will be taken on Friday, November 10 and the athletes will wear their Team T-Shirt for this picture. So, once again it is important to meet the deadlines on orders.
Parka Rental (separate $120.00 deposit check and $15.00 rental fee) if you are interested in renting a Parka. The deposit check will be returned at the end of the season when the parka is returned in similar condition as checked out. Any repairs or replacement that needs to be made will be paid out of the deposit. (We have 24 rental parkas, so first come first serve).
If you are interested in joining the 2017 - 2018 HERITAGE Girls Swim & Dive Team, please come to the Student Center from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 10th, 2017. This will be an informational meeting for parents and prospective Swimmers and Divers. Swimmers and Divers will REGISTER, PAY BOOSTER FEES and ORDER their TEAM SUITS AND EQUIPMENT. Note: All student athletes are required to have an Athletic Physical Form on file in the Athletic Office signed by a practicing physician.
