2019-2020 Registration

 

STEP 1:
Booster Registration Form


Order team suit (required): *Order Forms*
  1. Cap order form (deadline is February 6)
  2. MI Sports gear list (deadline is February 10)

Booster Fees - $180
  • Make checks payable to HHS Boys Swim Team and mail to Michelle Reyes, treasurer. See address on Booster Registration, OR
  • PayPal to paypal.me/HHSBoysSwimBoosters@gmail.com (use the "Send Money to a Friend" option to avoid extra fees), OR 
  • King Sooper card balance (you can check your current balance with Michelle Reyes and make these arrangements)
STEP 2:
Athletic Department Registration/Health Form/Fees
**In addition to joining the Swim and Dive Booster, all student athletes are required to have a current Athletic Physical Form on file in the Athletic Office. Your athlete must complete the Athletic Registration, but this will not be available until after Winter Break. After you register online and turn in your Physical Form to the Athletic office, you will receive your clearance card to enter the pool area for practice. There is a fee that will be assessed from the Athletic Department as well. That can be paid online on RevTrak or at the bookkeeping office.
